Creating & Viewing Productions

In Script Elephant, each event is a new production. A production can span multiple days and include several sessions.

Your home page will show you every upcoming production that you have been assigned a role on, along with a link to view past productions.

Creating New Productions

You can create a new production using the New Production link. Doing this will use one of your production credits. To purchase more credits, please reach out to our support team.

Unassigned Productions

If you have not been assigned a role on a particular production, and you are an Admin, then you will be able to see every other production at the bottom under the “unassigned productions” heading. This area is only visible to Admins.

To access these productions, simply click them and you’ll be able to assign yourself a role on that production.
