Making a PDF / Printing Scripts

A PDF or printed copy of your script can be useful for several reasons:

• To print physical copies for your presenters to read at a lectern
• To use to call your show if your venue does not have a reliable internet connection
• To reference older copies of your script in the event that changes are made

To access this, choose your session, and under the View Script dropdown, open either the Full Script or the Spoken Word, depending on whether or not you want the A/V cues to be included.

From this screen, a Print Script link is available at the top of the page:

This will open your browser’s print dialog, where you can either print directly to a printer, or choose to save your script as a PDF document.
