Graphics Table

The Graphics Table is a useful tool for your creative team to stay organized. You can access it by going to your production, then the Graphics tab, and then click Graphics Table.

Permissions

If you do not see the Graphics tab, then a staff member of this production may need to assign a role to you that allows you to view the graphics table.

image

The Progress Bars at the top allow real-time tracking of the percentage of graphics Ready to Create, Previews Uploaded, and Approved. This ensures you are 100% ready for your production.

Filtering by session

You can filter by Session to see progress and graphics cued in each Session. The Progress Bars and list of graphics will adjust automatically to reflect the data in your selected session.

The Ready to Create column, represented by a circled check-mark, refers to whether the graphic is read to be created by your creative team.

Bulk editing graphics

You can select several graphics at once to perform mass actions on them. To do this, hover over the left column of each graphic to reveal a checkbox.

You can sort each column by clicking the column header, and then use Shift+Click to select the sorted graphics. This is a quick way to select just the graphics you need, for example, by selecting all graphics that have been approved, or all Center Screen graphics, or all graphics assigned to a particular person.

If you choose to delete several graphics at once, and accept the warning in the confirmation dialog, there will not be a way to undo this action.
